Pancakes, fruit, and eggs were a stand out. Its location was great, near the Tulum ruins, the main center and the beaches.

I was offered a room with incredible views of city.

It was in a particularly good location walk from cafés and restaurants. Furthermore, I walked to see Tulum Tower.

Facilities were nice, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 10 nights, though everything was nice. The view from suite was fantastic. The hotel was in a comfy position near to 3 beaches and Very close to the ruins and the restaurant.

I would say it's excellent place for staying and exploring Tulum.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Mx in Tulum! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Tulum ruins and a quick drive to the Gran Cenote. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the nearby restaurant, La Taqueria Don Beto, which served delicious Yucatán dishes. The hotel itself was brand new and had a modern and attractive design. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Mx for an enjoyable and convenient Tulum experience.

Spotless place with incredible views and exceptionally nice and stunning location in the middle of jackson. The staff were helpful and really kind and the design was nice. Large and spotless rooms for hotel guests. Outstanding variety at breakfast. Quick check-in, parking nearby. Great pool area too.

I had a great stay here. The hotel was modern and clean, with very spacious rooms and a nice jungle view. You can hear birds singing in the morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk through the forest to public beaches. The staff was really friendly and helped me out a lot.

Couldn't fault this hotel at all.
